Bookings and Payments

• You confirm that you are physically fit to participate

• You agree to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations

• Soul Fitt accepts no liability for injuries sustained where relevant information has not been disclosed

• You are responsible for working within your own limits

• You must follow all instructions given during sessions

Conduct and Behaviour

• We maintain a respectful and supportive environment

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund

Intellectual Property

All Soul Fitt content (including programmes, branding, and materials) remains the property of Soul Fitt and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Soul Fitt reserves the right to:

• Amend class schedules

• Change instructors or locations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Fitt shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or opportunity

• Injuries sustained during participation (subject to negligence laws)
