At Soul Fitt, exercise doesn’t feel like punishment it feels like a release.

These 60-minute music-driven sessions are designed to lift your energy, build strength, and leave you smiling (and sweating). The focus isn’t perfection. It’s movement, confidence, and actually enjoying the process.

Each session is structured to give you a full-body workout combining cardio, strength, and functional movement all set to motivating playlists that keep the energy high from start to finish.

Because fitness should feel like something you look forward to, not something you dread.

this is for you if:

  • You want to get fitter but hate dull gym routines

  • You need accountability without pressure

  • You want to build strength and stamina in a supportive space

All levels are welcome. You don’t need to be “fit” to start  you just need to show up.

Health and Safety

All participants must complete a PAR-Q form before attending their first session. This ensures classes are safe and appropriate for you.
