Refund Policy

At Soul Fitt, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness experiences and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Classes & Services

  • All class and coaching session bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • In the rare case that Soul Fitt cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

Wellness Boxes & Physical Products

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once items have been opened or used.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

  • All digital purchases (e.g. affirmation programs, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
