Classes & Services

All class and coaching session bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions without notice are non-transferable and non-refundable.

In the rare case that Soul Fitt cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
Wellness Boxes & Physical Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once items have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.
Digital Products

All digital purchases (e.g. affirmation programs, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
