Soul Fit products are created using ingredients that are as natural and skin-loving as possible. We prioritise plant-based, ethically sourced components and avoid unnecessary additives wherever we can.

Please note: because our products contain natural elements, variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur this is part of their beauty, not a flaw.

All products are cruelty-free and made with intention.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Physical Products

In line with UK consumer law, we accept returns on unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used candles, oils, or skincare products

• Wellness boxes where contents have been opened

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We currently ship within the UK.

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

• Tracked Delivery: Available at checkout where applicable

Our wellness boxes and ritual products are carefully packaged to protect their quality. If your order contains items such as candles or oils, please allow a little extra care time during warmer months.
